Expenses charged to the charterers but refused to reimburse.

Any clause covering ISPS in the c/p? actually all expenses in respect of vsl's compliance/fitness to all international conventions are for Owners account unless contract provides to the contrary

Dear German,

Thanks your reply. C/P incorporates standards ISPS clause, in which it is clearly stated that expenses incurred for compliance with the port facility security plan will be for charterers account.

No obligation for the owners to provide US visa for ship's complement.

smells like arbitration then if I understand right. I wonder how much time she spent alongside under such "cheap" watch???
