I do have the same exprience recently abd is now over the issue of denurrage with the seller. The vessel waited more than 20 hrs after NOR tendered due to two big vessel occupying the jetty. I though under the standards of Asbatankvoy, clause 6 for NOR, the clause provide exclusion for waiting to berth time be deducted from the total laytime but the seller insisted not.

Well, we have to pay in the end. The exclusion clause does not cover this.
